MyTaxIndia is a slick-looking, effective utility designed to help users calculate their income tax. The application combines a multi-featured environment with a smooth, modern interface to offer both flexibility and ease of use. What's more, this is all free to use.
MyTaxIndia employs the use of sliders making it very intuitive to set multiple types of tax related parameters such as: medical insurance, house rent, interest on house loan, infrastructure bonds, interest on educational loan, as well as annual income.
The program's functionality centers on the two main tabs: Summary and Tax Split. The Summary will display a quick overview of your income in relation to the investments made and taxes while the Tax Split provides a comprehensive visual rendering on all calculations made.
It can keep track of multiple "accounts" with built-in support for multiple users, complete with details regarding gender and age. Having calculated their taxes, users may afterwards export data as either image files or via the email.
All in all, MyTaxIndia provides a simple, free of charge solution for calculating taxes ahead of time. |
